Ref: 00365141 Thank you for your update. I can't believe that I have reported this to you several times and now someone at your end has closed it with the message "not our responsibility". Do I assume as it has been closed nothing has been done? Has the job been passed on to the relevant company? Or do I, as a council tax payer, now chase the other company up? I think the answer is a disgraceful waste of my time. Surely 7 weeks ago you could have directed me in the right direction!

Ref: 00368685 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

I understand why this hasn't been completed yet but hope that once everyone gets back to work, it will be done (certainly before next winter!)
