I would appreciate meeting with someone please to take them around the problem in Henley. St Andrews Road is a hazard full stop. I have just lost yet another tyre on Saturday. There must be some budget to spare to fix our roads, Reading road, a major artery is littered with Potholes. There is a dropped drain on the Reading Road before the Tesco roundabout on the way into Henley that is not under the light, if a cyclist were to hit that, they would be off their bike. Please can someone organise to meet with me so that I can drive them around the town to go through the problem areas? I would like to understand what we can do as a town to make this happen please - Do we need to do specific fund raising? Is it possible to put the responsibility of fixing some of it down to developers who are building to fix certain areas? Can we work with all the different authorities who have to dig for utilities to combine their work with correction? Please contact me to discuss how I can help get the roads in Henley sorted - it has been left so long now, major work needs to happen. We need to act before there is a major incident and someone gets hurt as a driver swerves to avoid a pot hole. I look forward to hearing from someone. Kind Regards
Vanessa
