  • Ref: 00368452 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Would it be possible not to replace this light with an excessively bright LED fitting? I reported no. 34 a few weeks ago, and the replacement is very harsh and bright compared to the old orange lights, to the extent that it hurts my eyes as a pedestrian, and must be unpleasant for people whose windows are nearby. I understand that LEDs save energy, but surely having dimmer LEDs would save even more?
