On road parking causing blind spot

On road parking between No 7 and No 56 Hereford Way (on the right hand side as you enter, left hand side as you exit).

This is an accident waiting to happen as incoming/outgoing traffic cannot see traffic coming in/out due to the bend - there have been a few near misses, one day it won't be a miss. That part of the road needs road markings
