Bad Cycle path design

The way the cycle path is designed it brings cyclists in to a lay-by / bus stop straight in to oncoming traffic if a bus or car decides to pull in to this section. Ideally the cycle path needs to be improved or re-routed to follow the pavement and the pavement improved (very muddy).
