Lighting is extremely poor

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have previously reported this issue and has not been resolved, the lighting resolution is extremely poor visibility in the whole street we require LED lighting to brighten up whole street. I pay my council tax and yet again you have not acknowledged my previous reported issue on this matter.
