Ready made ice rink - depression in newly surfaced junction approach

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 16:19, Thu 20 February 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

Junction on A424 to Idbury the newly surfaced junction approach is depressed and readily collects and holds water. with reference to the recent spate of multiple ice related accidents on this stretch of the A424 (police ice signs in place for the last month) we now have a ready made ice rink for those cold mornings. If the road-surfacing cant be corrected how about some permanent ice warning signs, please?
