The road drains between the entrance to Appleton Manor and Whites Forge are blocked again, at present water is flowing out of one drain and is running down the road, this is an ongoing problem reported by myself over several years, I'm guessing the root cutter maybe required again to clear the pipes. This is on a hazardous bend in the road and could cause an accident if the water freezes. Please can this be dealt with ASAP thank you.

About a month since this was reported and still not fixed. Icy mornings have made this hazardous!
