Fence blown down onto public footpath and pedestrians using private property to cut through due to the problem

This fence was blown down during the storms and is on the public footpath , as a result of this pedestrians are jumping the gap to cut through our private property which is the opposite side of the fence

  • This is extremely dangerous and need repairing as a priority kids are jumping on the fence and it is being used as a rat run.

  • Thank you for your report. Spoke to the enquirer on site, explained it is not a Highway fence and I had been unable to establish ownership but was going to remove it from the Highway as it was over the link footway. As this is a joint parking area, enquirer is going to speak to neighbours to try to resolve ownership. Pieces of fence removed have been left where requested. This report is now closed.
