Mud on road and footpath

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
Residents at no3 Cotswold close driving vehicles across grassed area and footpath to get in their garden. Causing footpath to be too muddy to walk on, cutting up grassed area causing big puddle and leaved rutts where wheels have been.

Had Email to say no mud on footpath and letter would be sent about mess on grass. I can assure you that the mud on the footpath is really bad, especially in the wet.

Mud has dried because of fine weather but still being cut up by vehicles and horse boxes.
