Street light not working after 10 days been repaired

This is the light 047 on bloxham road, banbury. in front of 2 waller drive. The street light was fixed 10 days ago and last night i noticed it had stopped working again!

The pin is actually in the wrong place, it should be on bloxham road street light 047.

Ref: 00367963 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

About a week ago they replaced the bulb and it worked until yesterday evening 29/02/2020 now it is not working again!
