Blocked ditches providing surface water drainage to March Road Mollington

The drainage ditches either side of March Road between Mollington and the bridge over the M40 are overgrown and over recent years have not been adequately cleared or maintained. The result is that during periods of heavy rain the road becomes flooded and on a number of occasions becomes impassible to motor vehicle as occurred on Sunday 16 February (yesterday), refer to Thames Valley Police report to OCC Highways of 16 February 2020
