Good afternoon,
As there is no light showing on our system, it does mean we may not actually maintain this certain light.

Who else would possibly be responsible for this. Would sanctuary housing be responsible?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately the unit(s) you are referring to are not owned, maintained or adopted by Oxfordshire County Council, these are private lights that would be the responsibility of the developer/landowner whom you would need to contact direct.
Unfortunately we do not keep records of private units. Please accept our apologies as we cannot assist any further on this occasion.

Oxford council say it’s not theirs. Cherwell say oxford fix all lighting. Sanctuary say it’s not theirs either. So why would someone fix a commercial light unit to their house and number it? Can not speak to house occupant due to self isolation. Pretty stuck here
