  • Ref: 00367940 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Street light has been not working for 3 weeks. I believe it has been reported and was due to be fixed within 10 working days. Please can you arrange urgent repair. Thank you

  • This was reported 17 days ago but has not yet been resolved. As you enter Merganser Drive from Peregrine Way, turn right on first cul-de-sac, lamp post number 6 is only one on the right, directly outside number 10.
