Give Way sign wrong way

The give way sign on the front of the old chapel building is facing away from oncoming traffic. The owners of the chapel keep adjusting it but it needs a proper fix please.

A ‘SLOW’ road marking needs to be painted on the road up to the roundabout past the chapel due to the obscene speeds, and lack of giving way.
