Footpath in bad state, lots of trip hazards and large puddles

The footpath on Marlborough Avenue in Kidlington is in such a bad state. There is a section of the road (near the bend) that gets a large puddle on the footpath on either side of the road after it has rained heavily. So you either have to walk on the road or on the mud/grass. Also the path appears to have had a thin covering possibly tarmac put on top of concrete at some point in time. The concrete underneath this covering has cracked and is pushing up which causes potential trip hazards. Both my children have tripped up and fallen over some of the protruding concrete. And it is very difficult to walk them to school in winter without getting wet shoes from having to walk through a puddle or muddy shoes having to walk around the puddle.

This is a close up of outside my house (no 34) it is very bad and when it rains, it’s awful as you have to walk on road to avoid massive puddles. I struggle every day as this is right by where I park my car. I have a toddler who has tripped on this and it’s a danger to people walking. This needs to be fixed ASAP!
