Weight Restriction on Bridge

Reported anonymously at 13:33, Friday 14 February 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 2 minutes later

Can you tell me if there is a weight restriction on the bridge by the mill? I live at number 6 The Rickyard and am very concerned about the heavy loads coming by container and curtain sided lorries turning into the farmyard opposite. My property wall is right on the road side and they are within inches of it as they turn. Is it possible to have a bollard placed to protect my building

  • Mill bridge Charlgrove doesn't have any weight restrictions other than the national 44tonnes.

As for placing bollards, all this will do is restrict the turning area making it even harder to turn the corner.
