Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
A branch on the pine trees outside the flats on the corner of Foxborough Road (opp 104) snapped - but didn't break off - during the high winds at the weekend (9th February) and is hanging down and swinging above the pedestrian path and road causing a danger to pedestrians and cars/buses. Literally being held onto the tree by a few threads of tree bark (branch approx 10 ft long 10" wide)- i did report this to 101 on Sunday also the resident at 104 Foxborough Road reported it to the police as a "danger to life". The branch is still hanging down today and with high winds again forecast this weekend could potentially break off and cause injuries/damage to anyone underneath it.
