8 inch pothole
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 16:23, Sunday 9 February 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
I reported this pothole previously about 3 months ago. It is now obviously much worse and I am having to brush the stones away each day. Stones from the hole have hit my car and neighbours are complaining that they have been seen stones flying up. The hole is just north of the road into hazel grove.

I am reporting a deep pothole in Charter Way. The Pothole is just north of Hazel Grove & outside my property. The stones are now being flicked up & hitting my front door glass & when it is full of water it is dripping off my door. It is also hitting the cars parked in my drive & neighbours.

I can't believe this hasn't been fixed yet. It is now obviously even deeper. When a car drives through it it makes a loud bang that wakes us at night. As well as this it is spraying stones in our car/house direction. This has damaged one of our cars, as well as being dangerous when being outside- We have two young children. Getting on and off the drive is now dangerous as the angle needed to avoid the hole means you have to go completely across the road. I recently got my car serviced and there is uneven tyre wear, I was told this could be attributed to the pot hole. If my car needs to be repaired I will be sending the bill to the council.. This is ridiculous, I first reported this months ago. I have a bucket of the stones which I have been sweeping up daily. These will be delivered to the local council offices if nothing is done very soon.
