The top of the street light has blown off and is hanging by the wires. If it falls it could hurts someone.

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

This street light is owned by the council, it is not a private light. I am out of the country on business so cannot advise you of the light number. It is however the only light in that location on Cromwell Avenue and it is dangerous. If the lid falls, it will do someone serious harm or kill them. The picture is taken from my house overlooking Cromwell avenue. Your engineers cannot miss it. Please send someone to fix it urgently. In any case the light is not working and it's near 2 junctions - not safe either...
