Long delays during peak time is causing vast amount of pollution and damaging our daily work. Pumping water onto the busy highway and causing flooding can cause accidents. Contractor should not be allowed to use the lights before 9:30AM and after 4:0PM. They should obtain permission from the field owner and pump the water onto the field.

The entire section of road from Tesco roundabout to golf club entrance is in a disgraceful condition Pock marked with crumbling utility trenches and with a road edge that drops a foot to the ground level as there is kerb line I thought planning condition of the Bovis housing next to Tesco was thtathis was rearranged to provide a full ghosted right turn to South Moreton but presumably Bovis welched on their responsibilities Rest of us suffer with a substandard road

The traffic caused this morning as a result of the traffic lights could have been avoided had they started the work outside of rush hour. This caused huge tail backs not just here but along Ladygrove road heading out of Didcot. I am sure there were many people who were late for work this morning.

Why are they working in rush hour? The whole of Didcot is grid locked and no one can get anywhere. Surely the sensible solution is to only allow the lights to be on and work to take place bwtween 9.30am and 4pm
I see there has been no response on this in a week, please prioritise!

The temporary traffic lights are still causing chaos and long tailbacks, especially during rush hour. Please could we have an update on how long they will be in place? Please could you ask the contactor to check the phasing to see if its possible to get traffic to flow more smoohthly at peak times? Thanks :)

Why has no provision made for pedestrians and cyclists leaving the new development next to Tesco on foot or on cycles? As far as I can see the only access or egress from this estate is by road. There are no foot or cycle paths allowing access to or from the town. I thought the council were trying to encourage cycling and walking, in line with their green credentials. I cannot understand why the council have allowed this to happen.

There are no pavements joining the new housing estate (Hadden Grove) to the rest of Didcot. This means that people living or visiting the estate including children must walk on the busy road to get to Tesco and further onto Didcot which is dangerous. I want to ask the council if the plan to build a pavement so that residents can walk safely.
