No street light
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 16:28, Wed 5 February 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
It has been almost 4 months since I reported that there is no street light in the street and it is pitch black. It says that work has been scheduled - please advise when? I called and was told that someone would call me back but that has not happened either!!

I have looked at your previous report and identified the unit as number 6. Our contractor fitted a new bulb on 04/01/2020 as per your previous report. I have created a new job for our contractor and mentioned that it is still broken despite the last visit. Ref: 00367202 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
