The over grown thorn bush is now blocking back garden to number 4 Dulas Close also people dumping litter inside of this.

    More junk has been added since this was reported (over a month ago) - as is clear from the photos the thicket of thorns is still there as is all the rubbish added by fly-tippers.

  • Thank you for your report. Sorry for the delay in reply, we are working through a backlog of work. This site has now been inspected and the area between the back fence of no 4 and the link footway is not shown to be the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council, Highways. As we do not keep records of third party land ownership I am unfortunately unable to help you further other than suggesting checking your deeds if you live at No 4 or contacting Land Registry who may be able to better assist/advise you as to ownership.
