A cone was put on the damaged and raised path where lorries have mounted the pavement. There was a cone warning but the cone was run over and destroyed! It is not sufficient to mend the hole as the kerb is destroyed in various places and dirty oily water everywhere. Plus the whole layby needs enlarging as the lorries are too long for the space. The hole is a safety problem with many children walking around it on their way to and from school
