At entrance to river Lane in pavement; over 3 cms deep and a meter diameter. In summer 2019 gas pipes were replaced in Manor Road and River Lane which required deep excavations. The backfilling has now sunk under the eight of traffic entering River Lane across the pavement. Potentially dangerous because walkers must step into the road to avoid a metre diameter pool of water in the pavement after rain.
