Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

The light is flickering and a dim light. I presume it just needs a new bulb

Updates

  • Ref:00366835 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Streetlight outside No.1 Fairview Road, Banbury OX165HU is now completely dead reducing the entrance to Fairview Road to stygian blackness and is an extreme hazard to pedestrians after dark. There is no numeric label adhered to this column. Presumably all the old sodium light columns in Fairview Road are scheduled to be replaced by more modern units ?
