Parked cars blocking traffic and driveways

This has been happening for some months now, about 5 months and it is just getting worse. Commuters who work nearby or go to the train station park their cars in Hightown Road and surrounding areas without caring about the problems they generated. They block the traffic turning the road in to a single lane. They also park so close to the edge of driveways that people cannot get out of their driveways without having to keep going back and forth to keep the distances from the abandoned cars. It is sometimes impossible to turn right on that road when people are getting cars out of their driveways. This road leads to the hospital so ambulances also face problems when traffic is coming the other way. Please do something about it. We don't mind one or two cars park in the road as long as they are mindful about where they leave their cars, but this is becoming a car park and drivers are not considered. Is there something that can be done?
