Streetlamp not working for a few weeks, right by crossing

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

No map was attached to email message so I can't tell you what number street lamp. Even if it's not owned by OCC (which I doubt, given that it's an A road through the middle of Wantage), surely they are more likely than I am to have the knowledge of and contact details for the responsible developer to pass on the report? Oxford County Council appearing to duck responsibility rather than fix our streets.
