Parking fully on whole pavement obstructing access.
Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 17:43, Friday 24 January 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
This vehicle is regularly parked across the whole pavement obstructing access. The owner treats the area as their own private parking space even though they have a driveway and garage to use! There is also plenty of room to park on the road rather than on the pavement. Please get the owner to park more responsibly and with consideration for pavement users.
