Reported in the Drainage category by Stephen Smith at 10:20, Friday 24 January 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 6 minutes later
There appears to be a repeated issue with the drainage of water from Stert Road to the Brook, on Brook Street. This was cleared about 5-6 years ago but appears to be blocked again. The issue was reported by our neighbour in December and we raised it again this week as it is now holding up building work. In addition, our neighbour is disabled and the water is collecting on his drive which of course freezes when the temperatures drop. Can I please ask that this is looked into and cleared as a matter of urgency. My neighbour will be able to point out how it was cleared last time. Thank you.

For information, the last time the pipe was cleared a pressure hose was used from the manhole that is on the corner of Brook Street and Stert Road, nearest to the farm.
