This has been reported twice already and the case was closed due to the length of time it was left unactioned:
Posted 24/09/19 This area of Blounts Court Road has on-going problems with flooding. Three to four months ago the resident of Daybell reported drainage problems to OCC. No action was taken to his knowledge. Some years ago Highways installed a soakaway in his garden, which now needs clearing out. The resident is concerned for his safety in navigating Blounts Court Road and the access to his home.
Posted 16/12/19 The resident of Daybell has visited the Parish Office this morning to explain that the road is yet again flooded and no action has been taken since the last report on Fix My Street. The resident is concerned re. safety of pedestrians on the road (there is no pavement) and access to and from his property.

The resident has visited the Parish Office today to inform us that all drains had been cleared on Blounts Court Road, except the problematic blocked drain outside his property. Please ensure this drain is emptied. Many thanks.
