Two Street lights not working

There are two street lights not working on Jane Morbey Road. One is opposite the entrance to Staggs Road and the other Is on the same side close to the entrance to Staggs Road.

  • Ref:00366132 00366138 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • One light has been fixed but the one opposite to the entrance to Staggs Road is still not working !

  • Ref: 368976 Thank you for your report, we have logged the fault on unit 6 opposite Staggs Road, this should be attended to by our contractors within 7 working days to repair
