No yellow lines in place

Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 13:12, Sunday 19 January 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

Several deliveries have not been able to access Owens Way as council workers and residents of nearby streets use Owens Way as an overspill car park. This problem has been acknowledged, however no action has been taken by either Catalyst or Oxford city council to rectify. Owens Way properties consist mainly of young families, in 3 storey properties. It is obvious that if delivery lorries cannot access Owens Way then neither can emergency services. It’s just a matter of time before a fire results in casualties
