Street light not working on overdale close, unsafe for children and drivers

The street light has not been working for two weeks ( Overdale close). Its right by the alleyway hill making it unsafe for adults and children to walk past as its pitch black. After the alleyway there is access for cars to come by making it dangerous for drivers and people.

  • Ref:00365663 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
