Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

For the last few months I have travelled south on the a34 past the botley interchange at around 1130pm and would like to know why it is bollarded off with absolutley no one whatsoever around doing anything and yet there is a large pot hole prior to the first bridge that has never been filled, surley with this carriageway being closed for so long this should have been done as a matter of course, is this atraining course in bollard laying ?,
