Road floods in light to moderate rainfall. Heavy rain get your waders on pavement flooding. Ongoing problem for 20 + years this is not just a blocked gulley

  • Why has this issue still not been resolved. I have now bought some waders to walk into Witney. After today’s rainfall road was again flooded gulley is still not capable. Please fix it
