Multiple pot holes, flooding, blocked gullies, mud

The road is not being maintained. There are multiple pot holes, of signifiant depth causing damage to tyres and vehicles. this causes normal traffic to mount verges. There is excessive mud on lane, not cleared by the farm and made worse by farm vehicles going onto the verges, especially on the west side of the lane. These vehicles could contribute to the leaks of the water pipe main located on the west of the lane. Recent works done by a telecom company dug up the border of the road/verge and that has not be returned to asphalt and grass. The refuse vehicles constantly mount the verges. The gullies are too few and constantly blocked, so when it rains the lane is flooded. It is a dangerous surface to stop safely on , with excessive mud for 9 months, even grass growing in the centre of the road and a dust track in the summer. The surface cannot be seen or felt and cars ride on top of mud and the broken stones of the asphalt used to repair pot holes. Most repairs are done without with proper sealing so last less than a year, therefore adding chippings onto the surface of the road. These issues have got worse, especially the farm vehicles in the last 6/7 years or so. Most problems are on the carriageway itself.
