12” plus pothole

The A417 from Wantage to Challow just before Winchester way has a 12” plus pothole this has been reported before was filled and now broken up into another whole!!! the piece of road from where they built the new houses to Winchester way and pothole is also breaking up, can this small stretch of roadway please be resurfaced as very dangerous for cycles and motorbikes.
