Overgrown protected tree

This Oak tree has a preservation order on and is very overgrown and when back in leaf will be hitting our house, we asked via this website for action on the 6th July 2019 and were told a contractor had been advised, no action has taken place in the 7 months since our first report and we have had know contact of any sort.......

  • We have instructed work to the tree described in the enquiry. This forms part of a large package of works OCC has instructed throughout the northern area of the county (Cherwell & West Oxfordshire Districts). We expect to have all the works included completed by 31st March 2020.
