Multiple potholes and collapsing roadway along SW bound carriageway

Between the Bruern Road junction and the A424 the SW bound carriageway is failing along the nearside track-way along the full length between the Bruern Road and the A424. There are multiple potholes, many large, every few yards and the nearside track-way is sinking.
