"This report has been closed. Thanks you for your report, this is an OCC verge however it is up to the property owner who placed them to remove them and as a council we have to give them a chance to do so. I have given the property a short amount of time to comply with my request and if they do not do so I will have the stones confiscated once and for all. I assure you this is in hand and will be dealt with accordingly. kind regards
These rocks are still on the service strip and have been fortified in parts. The service strip is the responsibility of OCC and not the property owner who clearly will not remove them. They need to be taken away as disposed of. Last time they were moved towards the bushes and were moved back the next day.
The attached photo was taken today.
Now is the time to act for road safety.

This report is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council and a notice has been sent to remove these stones, these were actually confiscated in December but the property adjacent have replaced with new ones. I have given them a short time to remove and if not taken away I will order confiscation again. kind regards.
