Unfinished path
Reported in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 16:51, Tue 7 January 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
A resident has reported that there is an unfinished pathway off the Wantage Road towards the new estate, leaving a muddy and slippery section right on the road side. For safety reasons for elderly and kids going to school, maybe the path should be connected to the road.

The path is dangerous with no way to cross the road safely and doesn't connect up with the tarmac footpath to the east. We had to walk across the very slippery mud with our pram to get to the eventually footpath.

Path extremely dangerous when turning in on a bike and having to deal with heavy traffic afternoon rush hour. Fallen once but perfectly ok and not hurt (this time). With latest rain all area a very muddy and slippery challenge.

Still nothing has been done ..its on a busy main road where lots of families with children who want to use the path and cross the road without getting killed . Traffic seems to be at times quite fast (not going 30 mph) .

Living opposite I see children on bikes not realising that this path goes straight into a very busy main road. This needs a metal barrier or railing across the end to prevent an accident.
