Street light not working in alleyway from end of weavers Close to Henry Box school field entrance.

  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • Street light still not fixed. Council said it was not theirs despite it having a “WODC don’t leave us in the dark” light on. Told me to report it to the developer ... they went bust in the 1980’s!

  • Still Not working, having checked the numbers of the lights in Weavers Close it is lamp number 19 and therefore is the Councils responsibility to repair. The alleyway is extremely dark at night with this not working and it would be good to get this repaired before an incident occurs.
