  • Ref: 00365006 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Thank you for bringing this to our attention, since we logged the previous report, unfortunately the unit(s) you are referring to are not owned, maintained or adopted by Oxfordshire County Council, these are private lights that would be the responsibility of the developer/landowner whom you would need to contact direct.

Unfortunately we do not keep records of private units. Please accept our apologies as we cannot assist any further on this occasion. You could try contacting Carterton Town Council to see if they have any information on who owns the lights.
