This area has been damaged for some considerable time and is getting progressively worse due to vans parking on the opposite side of the road, so more traffic on damaged side.

This is a real problem on Elizabeth Road, on the junction with Greys Rd. There are now 3 serious holes, close to each other. The kerbs are all getting ruined because people are mounting the kerb to avoid the holes.

I was following a large coach which had to mount the pavement to get round parked vehicles which caused more damage. The road is used by coaches for access to the college both ways, twice a day. Every kerb stone moves and is loose and could be removed from its setting. Holes are deep. Road and pavement needs repair. All caused by parking (domestic, commercial, and school run) right up to the junction. Double yellows needed to prevent parking on a very narrow road at busy t-junction.
