I reported this last week and you asked me to re-report it again with the above title. This van is a visitor and constantly blocks our driveway and our neighbours driveway, these pictures are two different days, as he pulled up today I asked him to move so I could let someone out who was parked on my drive, he ignored my request stating he is picking up his granddaughter, there is a car park adjacent to the house he is parked outside that is no further distance to walk. He is parking three now to cause purposeful inconvenience, he is extremely arrogant and will not stop parking here. The area he is parked on is a turning space for all the cars in the street, not a parking space. Can you mark the area as no parking/no waiting accordingly. Many thanks
