Lots of bad potholes

Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 18:28, Sat 28 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

Hello, the potholes on the road up to Sheepcote Farm have become very bad, starting where the agricultural barn is and ending where the road turns into the byway (approx 200 metres in length). It is getting to the point where our vehicles are getting damaged. Think this is mainly due to bad weather. Would be grateful of you could send your machine up again, the guys who did it last time did a great job on other parts of the road which used to be as bad as this. Thanks for all your help!

  • There are now two further large holes that have appeared on the road leading up to where I have previously described. Can someone please contact me to discuss this matter - I reported it last year! Thanks for your help.

  • Thank you for your report. I have asked for an assessment for the use of the Dragon patcher machine along this lane and in the area of the barn. I have requested two large potholes on the way up to the barn from the A417 be repaired by the end of tomorrow, 18th March. This report is now closed
