Large hole in pavement by 2/3 Centurian court

Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 08:07, Sat 28 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

I was walking my dog on Christmas morning down Kingsclere rd towards Villiers rd. The houses on Centurian court are open plan so I tend to keep left to avoid the dog going on their gardens. Once past the lamppost I was walking in my own shadow-this was 7am. I took a tumble because of this large pothole in the pavement. I had 2 scrapped knees, a sprained wrist and a bruised ego. As a 74 yr old I was pretty shaken up- the dog took off and I had only had her for a week. This added to my distress as I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find her. Fortunately she came back when called. Please do something about this before someone else falls into this hole perhaps causing themselves more serious injury.
