Ref: 00364499 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

This street light is the only one in Binswood Avenue to have the new LED light. Unfortunately due to the location on the footway the light is causing problems for the home behind it. The light bounces off the parked vehicles and into the front of the home. Can a filter or cap be installed to shield and concentrate light down onto the footway?
