No street lighting by the new park and houses on Stanmore Crescent

Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 14:05, Fri 20 December 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

The walk through from the iron bridge to the new houses in Stanmore Crescent is in total darkness! There is a park, trees, verges and a lot of flooding that cannot be seen due to street lights not working. It is not safe for children or women to walk down. This has been like this for 6 months.

If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • I would like to advise the original poster that it is inappropriate to make sexist comments, such as "it is dangerous for women" I suggest you change this to "dangerous for everyone" seeing as this would be equally dangerous for men as well as women
